Rating of 2.86 out of 5 Unique ID (108605726) Good stuff: We interacted with 3 staff at the front desk during our 5 night/6day stay. Two of the saff were helpful but one was terrible. I don't think she should be in the service industry. Bad stuff: We could not control the HVAC system. We had a street side hotel room and had to keep the windows open to get air into the rooms but then had to suffer from the terrible noise. We asked to be changed to an inside/courtyard room and was told non was available. But yet, we later determined the hotel was NOT at capacity. Overall: Generally speaking it was not a satifactory experience at all. |
