Place de la Republique is the main square and where you will find the 50ft blue porphyry obelisk.

On Saturday's there is a market where you will be delighted by displays of colour, fruits, vegetables, olives, flowers, cheeses, poultry and meats, hats, sponges, olive oil soap and clothing. Head for Boulevard des Lices and Boulevard Emile Combes.
