 Rating of 4.57 out of 5 Unique ID (99912357) Good stuff: Room and bathroom nicely presented and comfortable. When leak appeared in other room booked staff were prompt and moved other party immediately to a better room. Bad stuff: Rooms were a little on the cold side heating did not seem to be sufficient. Overall: Staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly. Would have like to have been able to have obtained some sort of bar snack within the facilities. We arrived shortly after lunch and well before dinner times and apparently this was not available. Particularly in view of the fact the weather was very much against us on arrival. However would add that dinner in your hotel that evening was excellent and the staff on duty amongst the best we came across during the whole of our tour. |
