The town itself has a number of interesting museums - including Musee du Temps - a dedication and education in the history and mastery of the watch and clock industry. Musee des Beaux Arts et d'Archeologie is filled with wonderful art pieces from greats such as Picasso and Rubens.

For something a little exciting and charming why not take a boat trip around the Boucle du Doubs or visit the local markets and top up on your favourite foods - cheeses - try the Cancoillotte and the Morbier, meats, fresh produce and fruits. Local wines and from the neighbouring regions are plentiful.

The whole area is perfect for cycling, kayaking, canoing, walking, photography with endless woodlands, meandering rivers, lush waterfalls and gorgeous greenery all around.
