Two very minor grumbles - we would have liked to opt out of paying for and having breakfast, we had to pay for a breakfast we didnt want - we got kind of told off for using room towels by the pool but there was no way of knowing the arrangements (either by manual, notices or verbal briefing) which we would have complied with Otherwise an outstanding hotel which could only be improved by an on site restaurant |
