Close by is the town of Carantec and filled with many monuments, churches and sites to visit and explore - the Church of Notre Dame, the 16th century Chateau du Taureau, the Maritime Museum. Close by is the L'ile Callot and Le Parc Claude-Goude.
Take the time to enjoy the surrounding countryside, pack a picnic and choose your favourite foods - cheeses of the region, fresh bread, salamis, pates, salads, wines and lemonade for the kids, fruits, cakes and you're all set to go off on your adventure. There are plenty of options for cycling around the area, horse riding and lots of walking with some super photographic options. Excellent for family holidays.
