Visit La Maison de la Culture for a look at the historical times of the town of Rennes. Le Musee des Beaux-Arts is filled with masterpieces by the great artists such as Picasso and Rubens. Meander the medieval streets and enjoy the marvellous array of quaint buildings with wooden sides and painted all different colours. The mansions in Place des Lices are filled with grandeur and belong to the members of the Bretagne parliament.

Head back to base for a rest and refresh and then perhaps get dressed up and be ready to wine and dine in one of the many fine restaurants in town, afterwards why not take in a show at Le Liberte. A pleasant evening stroll afterwards under the moonlight and a good night's sleep in our comfortable and charming abode.
