Bad stuff: The disabled facilities - my father was travelling with us- I had requested a disabled room- however this inforamtion was not forwarded to the hotel- we rang ahead to check and were then given a room with wider doorway. The parking for a disbled person envolved 4-5 steps and we weren't told you have to pull up outside the hotle 'offload' the disbled person and then park! However The hotel was clean, moderna nd freindly. Overall: Overall the rooms were comfortable the breakfast facilities good. The staff were attentive and helpful - when we phoned they were apologetic about not having the disabled room information. The location of the hotel was good and relatively easy to find. |
