We welcome you warmly and invite you to stay in our comfortable and charming establishment where you will find a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Our 18th century residence was made famous by La Fayette who was a guest here in 1777 whilst on his way to America.

We are proud to present a place of peace and tranquillity and will ensure you have all that you need for a very happy holiday. Saint Jean de la Luz is an attractive town with plenty to see and do. The port area is a hub of activity and you can watch the fishermen returning in the mornings with their catch of sardines, anchovy and tuna.

Take a wander along the beaches - there's some marvellous spots to rest, soak up the sunshine and swim in the ocean. Settle down with that book, conquer that puzzle or simply chat and while away the day as you allow nature to gently revive, refresh and relax your mind, body and soul.

There's an elegance and style in the town that you will enjoy with some beautiful boutiques, fashion houses and jewellery stores. Gifts galore and plenty of trendy cafe bars where you can relax and enjoy that much needed cappuccino after all that shopping.

How about a visit to Ecomusee de la Tradition Basque where you can learn about the history and culture of the Basque people.

Plenty of sporting delights with an abundance of walking, golfing, swimming and windsurfing and for something a little different you can take a series of catamaran lessons and challenge that adventurous spirit in you.
