Good stuff: Location in Central Metz and helpful and informative staff.

Bad stuff: Bathroom facilities. Basically we could only bathe, there was no shower screen so showering was impossible.

Overall: We stayed 2 nights as part of a European Vacation. We stayed in better hotels than this one but plenty worse. The bottom line was that we were no there to spend time in our rooms so although they were average they were adequate. It is in a great location and the staff were extremely informative and helpful. Metz itself is a great spot to spend a few days.
