A wonderful rural location just a short drive from the busier town of Dijon. There are a number of places worth noting close by - the church which dates back to the 19th century, containing some works of art, a statue of Saint Mary and a classical place to simply sit and be for a while. Halls of Geology and La Combe Pevenelle founded in 1944 and forming a place of ecological interest.

There are a couple of Brasserie-Restaurants and cafe bars but for more choice its worth heading in to Dijon where you have a much livelier scene. Indulge in the gastronomic delights and enjoy the fine wines of the region.

During the day pop in to visit those speciality shops and top up on those delicious cheeses, breads, cakes, salads and everything you need for your onward journey and picnics along the way. Pop in to one of the Patisseries for a special piece of gingerbread - its rather famous here and most definitely delicious.

Antique shops and an interesting market takes place here - so try to fit these in before you head off on your route through France.
