There's a daily covered market on Rue Fernand Bessy and on Monday's the Capet Market takes place where you can find those fabulous foods. Thursday is the day to shop for fresh produce, vegetables and fruits - colourful and delicious.

Why not treat yourself to a day trip across to St Tropez - you can take the boat over or if you prefer head North East and visit Cannes for the day - mingle with the rich and famous, promenade along the front - view the amazing fashion houses and jewellers there and then head back for quiet afternoon drinks along the front.

From swimming, sailing and water-sking to golfing, horse riding, cycling and walking there is something for everyone here. This really is the life.
