Saturday is market day here and this is where you would head for Boulevard des Lices and Boulevard Emile Combes where you will find every delightful food - fresh fruits and vegetables, olives, poultry and meats and cheeses of the region - delicious. Gifts, hats, natural sponges, olive oil soap, tablecloths and clothing are also on offer. Hustle and bustle and where you get to mix with the locals. Enjoy the atmosphere.

Fancy a day out on horse back.....then this is the countryside to do it in - Camargue is famous for its wild horses. Today you can take treks over a few days if you wish. See the wildlife, enjoy the beaches and breath in the countryside air in a completely vibrant and free spirited way.
