Hôtel St Ferréol Marseille 19 rue Pisançon Online Booking

Step out of the front door and on to a peaceful pedestrianised walkway, stroll through the Old Port and absorb the sea life, fishermen and views across the ocean.
Our beaches are popular and many head for the Prado and Corniche which are laced with crystal clear waters and are set against a backdrop of dramatic rocky cliffs. A wonderful way to experience the Calanques is to take a cruise - sit back and relax and enjoy the scenery. For those with more energy and an adventurous spirit there are numerous hiking tours including the Etoile, Notre Dame Nature Hike and City Walks - routes are available from the Tourist Information Office at either La Gare St Charles or in Place de la Charite.
The Cathedral is one of the largest in Europe, built on the Temple of Diana and filled with mosaics and marble decor. There are a myriad of museums paying tribute to the art world, natural history and archaeology and the history of Marseille.
For shopping head for the Rue St Ferrol - lined with glorious gift shops, fine fashion houses, beautiful boutiques and glitzy jewellers. The Mall is housed in the old building known as the Bourse and the Canebiere is the most famous of shopping arenas.
Find an intimate restaurant in the evening and indulge in the fine French cuisine and wonderful wines of the regions - bliss!
