Good stuff: very helpful staff- I was allowed to have my room at 10am which was terrific as I had a busy day ahead and did not get back there until 8pm.

Bad stuff: I had booked and paid for a 'double room for one person use' and was given a small single, very hard bed, which was a disappointment. A/c inadequate for summer use- too hot.

Overall: Good situation; excellant interesting public areas. I understand that most of the berooms are probably better than the single one I had, which would have been fine for a child and did have a good shower room ( but no bath). If staying june- sept,decent a/c is critical if you want to get to sleep- I had a problem with the heat. Wonderful garden and welcome swimming pool- this is enough to make me return next time I am in Nice. Very helpful and friendly staff.
