Good stuff: Very pleasant owners and staff. Nice building in peaceful location

Bad stuff: Breakfast very expensive for bread and jam No lounge or bar. On arrival found restaurant did not open until 1st June - this was very disappointing given the out of town location of the hotel.

Overall: 1. Directions to hotel from airport took us out onto motorway and Nimes ring road. In fact the hotel is only about 10 minutes from the airport on D roads. Accurate details of this route would be much simpler to follow (especially for anyone new to driving in France). 2. First hotel I've stayed where there is no information in room about the local area - eg local markets, shops, events like the bulls running in nearby villages etc and, especially as hotel restaurant not open, a range of local eating places.

Good stuff: Hotel in quiet tranquil setting with very freindly, helpful staff who could not do enough to help.

Bad stuff: Stay not long enough to comment but we had no problems whatso ever.

Overall: This hotel is on the outskirts of Nimes (approx 7 Kilometers) but a good bus service (bus stop just across the road) ensures easy access to the centre and shopping areas until approx 9pm,Hotel staff only to happy to order taxis to the hotel, though taxis can be a little scarce if not pre-booked (coming back from Nimes late at night from taxi stand). All in all very pleasant weekend break.
