There's an excellent choice in vineyards close by as well as the chance to visit the Caves of Chinon,m the Valmer and Villandy gardens and just a half hour drive away the vibrant and interesting city of Tours - here you can enjoy an abundance of shopping, social scene and some of the best eating houses around.

Head back to the peace and tranquillity here in Loches and relax in the sauna as you soak your muscles.

Good stuff: the room was comfortable and clean and the staff responded immediately to the one problem we had. we had one meal in the restaurant during our stay which was very good.

Bad stuff: our room smelled of cigarette smoke when we arrived. the jacuzzi was shabby and the pool was looking a bit tired.

Overall: overall we found the accomodation very good for a 2 star hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful.
