The Cathedral St Gatien is well worth a visit - housing the tomb of Charles VIII and displaying some fine stained glass windows, Renaissance art work and Gothic architecture.

Chateau du Tours is the home to the exotic aquarium - a favourite with families. Board the simulated train for a tour around the city's main monuments and sites - with a guided commentary in English. If you fancy something a little more ostentatious then take the horse and cart ride in style and share some quality time with your beau.

For those in search of the beautiful chateaux in the region - why not take a guided tour - leaving the Tourist Information Office - you can join a select group and set off on your Chateaux Hopping Safari - fitting in between 2 and 4 castles in a day. Excellent way to see the surrounding countryside in style.
